This project aims to -expand and create new connections in the village of Cazenovia, diversifying the average annual income while focusing on retaining the character of the village. Using the pre-existing infrastructure as reference, a new residential community is proposed South of Nelson St. This community will
utilize the unused agricultural land while providing a unique experience to trail users routing them through the community centrally.
